I work like a creative and think like a strategist, which mostly means I’m always slightly tired and annoyingly thorough.

 

Open briefs (the marketing kind), tight timelines, clean copy, and smarter design. That’s where I’m most at home.

I lead teams that trust each other, build ideas that know where they’re going, and write work that works.

 

I know when to push back, when to punch up, and when to shut up and ship it.

 

Everything else is just adjectives and budget approvals.
